Exchanges and refunds

We have carefully selected the brands of frames and contact lenses that we offer to you, our patients. The health of your eyes is our primary concern so we use quality lenses supplied from selected group of manufacturers. We are able to offer competitive pricing to our patients since we have an established working relationship with the suppliers.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your glasses, we offer a 30-day exchange and return policy from the day you receive your order. If your product happens to be damaged or the prescription is wrong, don't worry... we will make it right!

Frames Only and Sunglasses
• Exchanges or Store Credit
FREE exchange or store credit within 30 days of receipt of item (Packaging must be included)

• Returns for Refund
20% restock fee within 30 days of receipt of item (Packaging must be included)

Frames and Sunglasses with Prescription Lenses
• Exchanges or Store Credit
• If you wish to return prescription eyewear for exchange or store credit, We will credit you the cost of the frame + 50% of the lens price within 30 days of receipt of the item. (Packaging must be included).

• Returns for Refund
We will refund 80% of the cost of the frame + 50% of the lens price. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item. Note: Prescription lenses are a custom product made just for you.
